Some Before and After

We aren't finished with this room completely yet, but everyone has been asking for before and after pictures, so since it is the room that is the closest to being finished I decided to just go ahead and post these. All we have left to do is paint the trim, which will just be a little whiter than it currently is. So, here is the before: and after:
Same room, other side. Before:After:
Honestly, I am having so much fun I can't stand it! My body hurts all over, but I can't seem to sit and rest for very long since there is so much to do.

VERY bold with color. How do you work up the courage for that? I can't seem to. Maybe the fact that I know this house has to sell in three years is holding me back. I need something permanent. Looks fantastic!!

I think renting for so long helped us have the courage to be so bold. We both just really wanted some color!

LOVE it! I just painted our library red...well I've done the first coat so far. I love when people are "so bold" and break away from the neutrals. Right on!

WOW way to go with the red...I have had the red paint for my living room for a year now but can't seem to get my friend over here to help me paint it! The reason worth waiting for her...she has a perfectly steady hand and never has to tape anything and we have all rounded corners!

Very nicely done! I wish I could find your energy somewhere in my old body! There are so many things that need to be done in this old house, and once I get home from work I just don't have it in me. Send me some good energy vibes to West Texas! ;)
